I’m so glad that you were a part of The Mom Project. I had a really great time sharing with you about why I think balance is so important for moms and the mom mental skills you might want to develop.
One of the areas moms talk to me about a lot is being able to stay calm; it’s completely normal with everything we have going on to find ourselves stressed out and overwhelmed. Or, our kids challenge us and we feel frustrated and sometimes even angry. It’s important in those moments to be able to calm ourselves down. This is also a great skill to model for our kids.
